Company history
Mid-States was founded in 1994, and was initially listed on the
Official List of the London Stock Exchange. We became a cash shell
after selling a business involved in the supply of automotive
aftermarket products in the US, in October 2001.
In October 2006 Mid-States acquired the air disinfection technology,
Moving Sun Limited and Inov8, and Mid-States PLC moved from the
Official List to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the
London Stock Exchange.
In June 2007 Mid-States launched the AD, the company’s flagship air
disinfection product.
In June 2010, the Company raised £3.8 million (net of expenses)
through a share placing, to support our strategy for realising the
commercial potential of our flagship Air Disinfection product, the
AD.
